Personnally, i like devianart for general art. Itès big, lots of traffics and easy enough to use. I also like Furaffinity, wich is specialize in anthropomorphic arts. Itès a very nice site. Before, there was the VCL, but it's close, even if you still can see the arts on it.

I donèt know many webhost for arts. But if you do, please let me know. Smile
